As of August 2022, the Mobile Navigation Menu will change to create more streamlined access to R365 Red App functions. The Manager/Employee Toggle will be removed, Messages will no longer be listed on the Navigation Menu, and the Navigation Menu will be reorganized.
Navigation Menus will vary by User. The Navigation Menu will only display functions that reflect the User’s permissions and access.
Manager/Employee Toggle Removed
The Manager/Employee Toggle will be removed. All Users, both Managers and Employees, will now be shown one Navigation Menu.
Messaging Removed from Navigation Menu
‘Messages’ will be removed from the Navigation Menu. Users will continue to be able to access messaging by tapping the envelope icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Reorganization of Menu
Menu items have been reorganized to feature categories and subcategories. Subcategories will be listed as a dropdown menu.
- Logbook is listed as a category when the User has permission to access the Manager Logbook
- AP Approvals and AP Transactions are now listed as subcategories under Accounts Payable
- Inventory Counts, Item Transfers, and Waste Log are now listed as subcategories under Inventory
- Schedule, Schedule Requests, and Time Punches are now listed as subcategories under Scheduling
