On any list view, R365 offers several ways to select multiple rows:

  • In the left-most column, click the check boxes of the rows you want to select.
  • Click a row with the mouse, hold down the 'Ctrl' key, and click other rows.
  • Click a row with the mouse, hold down the 'Shift' key, and click the last row to select a range of rows.
  • Click a row with the mouse, hold down the left mouse button, scroll down to the desired end of range, and release to select the range.

If you've selected multiple rows, please be aware that clicking in the check box cell outside of the check box itself (not within the confines of the check box) will select only that row and deselect all other previously selected rows.
