This article is part of Guided Workday and covers setting up record tasks.
When creating a task on a workday guide, users have the option to select the record task type. The record task type will link the task to a record type in R365. When completing one of these tasks, users will be prompted to create a new record. Depending on the requirements of the record task setup, the task can be marked completed once the record reaches the status selected during setup.
