The Labor Actual vs Scheduled report compares actual labor to scheduled labor for selected locations and jobs. This report provides an overview of labor variances, allowing users to analyze scheduling practices and make adjustments according to real historical data.

- In the Reports section of the left navigation pane, select My Reports.
The My Reports screen appears. - At the top of the My Reports screen, select Labor.
The screen generates a list of reports in alphabetical order. - Locate the Labor Actual vs Scheduled.
- Select Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report.
Report Parameters
| Field | Description | |
| 1 | Filter By | Location reporting category by which to filter the report. Options in the Filter By menu are configurable and specific to your organization. For more information, see System Preferences: Location Reporting Categories and Location Record: Reporting Categories. |
| 2 | Filter | Allows users to apply one or more filter options from the location reporting category that they selected in the Filter By menu. The selected filters determine which locations appear in the generated report. For example, if Filter By is set to Region, the Filter menu might include options such as North, South, East, and West. A user can select West to display all locations belonging to this reporting category. Options that appear in the Filter menu are configurable and specific to your organization. | 3 | Start | First date to include in the report. The Start and End fields create a date range for which to include data in the generated report. |
| 4 | End | Last date to include in the report. The Start and End fields create a date range for which to include data in the generated report. |
| 5 | Burden | If set to Yes, burden is included in calculated labor costs. Burden is a configured percentage used to account for other costs related to the employee, such as insurance and other benefits. |
| 6 | Daily Salary | If set to Yes, the report displays the manager salary as configured in the Daily Manager Salary field on the Location record. |
| 7 | Include Penalties In Costs | If set to Yes, rule-based earnings are included in calculated labor costs. |
| 8 | View options | Provides the user with options to select, save, edit, or delete a report view. For more information about these controls, see My Reports: Using My Reports. |
| 9 | Run | Generates the report. The green arrow button opens a drop-down from which users can Export, Email, or Print the report.  |
Report Columns

| Location | Location where the data was recorded. |
| Job | Job for which the data was recorded. |
| Actual Hrs | Number of actual hours worked. |
| Sched Hrs | Number of scheduled hours. |
| Variance | Difference between actual hours and scheduled hours. |
| Var Hrs % | Percentage of variance between actual cost of labor and scheduled cost of labor. |
| Actual $ | Cost of actual labor. |
| Sched $ | Cost of scheduled labor. |
| Var $ | Difference between the actual cost and scheduled cost of labor. |
| Var % | Percentage of variance between actual cost of labor and scheduled cost of labor. |
