When using the 'Canada' Check format, specific notation must be used for the MICR Dash value that often appears in Canadian Transit Numbers and Account Numbers.  


1) Check Format - Select the 'Canada' Check format


2) Routing Number - Enter the Transit Number of the Bank Account.  For Transit Numbers with a MICR Dash ( gl-account-general-bank-can-check-micr-dash) present, in the Routing Number field, enter a capital 'D' in place of the MICR Dash

gl-account-general-bank-can-check-micr


3) Bank Account Number - Enter the Account Number of the Bank Account.  For Account Numbers with a MICR Dash ( gl-account-general-bank-can-check-micr-dash) present, in the Account Number field, enter a capital 'D' in place of the MICR Dash
