Preset Allocations will have a status of either 'Active' or 'Inactive', which will enable them to be available or unavailable, respectively, for use. When a new Preset Allocation is created, it can either be saved with a status of 'Active' or 'Inactive' but can later have its status updated as needed from either the Preset Allocations page or from the desired Preset Allocation record.
Mark as '(In)Active'
Preset Allocations can have their status updated at any time from either of the following screens:
- Preset Allocations Page - On the Preset Allocations page, select all desired Preset Allocations and then click the 'Edit Selected' menu that appears at the bottom of the listing. This menu will then provide the options of 'Make Active' or 'Make Inactive'
- Preset Allocation Sidesheet - Open the desired Preset Allocation by clicking it from the Preset Allocations page and then click its 'Status' field when the sidesheet opens. This will open a drop-down listing where the new status can be selected
