    Article summary

    POS employee records are automatically created for each employee included in POS data. Here, users can view the POS ID, location, and linked employee record for the POS Employee.


    POS Employee Records are accessible from the POS Employees page in Smart Ops.

    1. Navigate to Smart Ops.

    2. In the left navigation menu, click POS Employees under Labor to open the POS Employees page.

    1. click the Full Name of the desired POS employee record.

    Security

    POS employee record permissions are in the permission tree as follows:

    • Labor

      • Employees

        • POS Employees

          • View POS Employees

          • Map Employee Records


    These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.


    POS Employee Record Buttons & Fields

    Full Name

    Employees name as it appears in POS data.

    POS ID

    ID associated with the employee in POS data.

    Location associated with the POS data.

    Linked employee record.
