New11/11/2020Report Subscriptions Overview & SecurityAdmin Users are now put in control of managing their Users' access to their Organization's data through the new Report Subscriptions feature. Admin Users who have access to the Report Subscription Management page can set, view, and update Report Subscriptions for both system and non-system Users without the need to contact R365 Support. Users can access this page by clicking "Report Subscriptions" next to the Search bar in "My Reports" once their security access is enabled.

This allows invoices processed through FTP to be automatically setup as 'Entry by Account' in R365.

This article reviews how to enter 1099 information in both the Vendor record ('1099' tab) and Legal Entity record for reporting purposes and then how to update unapproved AP Invoices and Credit Memos both individually and in bulk to the desired form, box, and/or 1099 amount as needed.

These issues will need to be marked as resolved before the transaction can be approved.
