POS Account Management OverviewThe POS Account Management page allows Rules to be created for POS Accounts that are brought in from the POS. When the DSS is imported and contains any unmapped POS Accounts, Active Rules will automatically run and attempt to match with an unmapped account if the Rule criteria is met. When matched, the POS Account record will be automatically mapped and saved in R365. If some accounts are not matched, new Rules can be created via this page and ran for any Unapproved Daily Sales Summaries. Once all previously unmapped POS accounts are mapped for a DSS, the DSS Journal Entry will automatically be recreated. Once an Employee reports a message thread, the previous 5 messages from the time of the report will appear in the Messaging Audit Center. No further action is done through the app; rather, the Manager will address and describe any disciplinary actions/next steps in the Messaging Audit Center before archiving the complaint. Priority StatusVendors can be marked with a Priority Status that will then auto-populate the Priority Status listed on the AP Invoice, although the AP Invoice Priority Status can also be manually updated as needed.
