The 'Payments' tab of System Preferences displays the setup status of R365 Payments and the Users who will be contacted if issues arise with payments. If R365 Payments is not added to your R365 plan, then this tab will not be included in System Preferences. Click here to learn more about R365 Payments.



Payments Tab Header



1) Status - The setup status for R365 Payments. Statuses include:

  • Pending Account Setup - This represents the need for the User to make some necessary updates to initiate Account Verification. Users will need to complete the following:
    1.  Update the 'Payment User' field on this tab
    2.  One or more Vendors and/or Bank Accounts need to have their required fields complete. If a Vendor or Bank Account is not used, they can be opted out by being disabled on their record
  • Pending Account Verification - This shows that all required fields for the 'Pending Account Setup' status are complete and ready to be verified 
  • Enabled - This shows that all required fields have been verified and payments are ready to be sent

2) Contact Name - A searchable field that displays all R365 Users for the instance. Selected Users will be contacted if issues arise with R365 Payments
