There are two kinds of user roles in Restaurant365:
- Security Roles, which control the permissions that a user has to various areas of the system and their functions.
- Report Roles, which control the data a user can access when creating and viewing reports.
Both are accessible at Accounting module > Administration > Users by selecting a user record and viewing the User Roles tab:
