There are two kinds of user roles in Restaurant365:

  1.  Security Roles,  - These control the permissions that a User has to various areas of the system and their functions.
  2.  Report Roles - These control the data a User can access when creating and viewing reports.


Both are accessible from the 'Administration' menu in the Accounting module by hovering over 'Users' and then clicking 'User Roles'.
