Partner Channel Users that are utilizing Multi-Instance Switching will be automatically redirected to the R365 Identity Server when attempting to Login to R365.   They will then use the email address found on their User records along with their Password to authenticate to R365. This update was made to complement the release of the Multi-Instance Switching feature, where Users who oversee multiple instances will have the ability to transition between instances with a single login.

Please ensure that your email address is correctly entered on your User record for each instance you oversee. Enter that email address into the new login page along with your current password. Every login thereafter will be entered in this similar fashion.
