POS Account Management OverviewThe POS Account Management page allows Rules to be created for POS Accounts that are brought in from the POS. When the DSS is imported and contains any unmapped POS Accounts, Active Rules will automatically run and attempt to match with an unmapped account if the Rule criteria is met. When matched, the POS Account record will be automatically mapped and saved in R365. If some accounts are not matched, new Rules can be created via this page and ran for any Unapproved Daily Sales Summaries. Once all previously unmapped POS accounts are mapped for a DSS, the DSS Journal Entry will automatically be recreated. To help initiate this process, R365 provides default Rules that can be marked as 'Active' and ran for the most common POS Accounts. Review these articles to learn more about this feature!
