The Tax1099.com Export is easily downloadable and will include all of the Vendor information needed for Tax1099.com. This export is beneficial only to Users who are signed up for Tax1099.com and who will have them take care of the User's 1099 for them. 



Navigation




To navigate to Tax1099.com Export, click 'My Reports' in the Accounting Module and select 'Vendors' in the top header. Once opened, a listing of reports will be shown. 


Find 'Tax1099.com Export', as displayed in the image above, and select 'Customize' next to the report. This will open up a listing of all Report Parameters that can be set to pinpoint the exact details a User needs for this export.



Report Parameters



1) Legal Entity - A listing of all Legal Entities to choose from 

2) Vendor - A listing of all Vendors associated with the selected Legal Entities

3) Year - The year this report is ran for

4) Download Button - Downloads the report



Report Details



A) Payer Type - The type of Vendor 

B) Payer TIN Type - The types of identification numbers used to classify the Legal Entity, including Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), Adoption Taxpayer Identification Number (ATIN), or Employer Identification Number (EIN)

C) Payer TIN - The Legal Entity Tax ID number from the Legal Entity record

D) P Business Name or Last Name - The Legal Entity's name or the last name of the individual seller 

E) P First Name - If an individual payer, the Payer's first name

F) P Middle Name - If an individual payer, the Payer's middle name

G) P Suffix - If an individual payer, the Payer's suffix

H) P Address 1 -  The first line of the Legal Entity's address

I) P Address 2 (Optional) - The second line of the Legal Entity's address

J) P City - The city of the Legal Entity

K) P State - The state of the Legal Entity

L) P Zip or Foreign Postal Code - The zip or postal code for the Legal Entity

M) P Country - The country of the Legal Entity

N) P Phone Number - A phone number associated with the Legal Entity

AI) Box 3 Other Income - Enter any additional income of $600 or more
