The Customers Reports help to keep Customers accountable by displaying a listing of all Customers and their invoices who have current or past due invoices and creating Customer Statements that can then be sent to the Customer who owes an outstanding balance. 



Navigation


To access My Reports, click on the 'My Reports' Tab in any module. When the main Reports screen opens, it will default to your 'Favorites', or any report that you previously starred. Hover over and click 'Customers' on the header; this will then display all of the Customers Reports. 



Make one of these reports a favorite by clicking the Star icon to the left of the report name and it will be saved as a favorite in the 'Favorites' tab.



Security and Report Access


Customers Reports can be accessed by Users who have been given Report Roles by their system administrator. 


If you aren't able to view these reports, it's most likely because you don't have security access. Speak with your system administrator to give you access to running or viewing these reports. 



Reports


AR Aging - Provides a listing of all open AR Invoices and the information associated with them, including their Transaction Type, Document Date, Due Date, and a link to each invoice.


Customer Statement - Displays the Invoice Date, Due Date, Transaction Type, Reference Number, Total Amount, Amount Remaining, and more, which can be sent to notify the Customer about his/her outstanding balances.
