The Weekly Labor Evaluation Report allows the User to view the total hours an Employee worked for a selected week.  This report is beneficial to see the specific times an Employee worked over the course of the week and during which day parts, allowing for future scheduling efficiency and forecasting Labor.



Navigation


  1. In the Reports section of the left navigation pane, select My Reports.
    The My Reports screen appears.
  2. At the top of the My Reports screen, select Labor.
    The screen generates a list of reports in alphabetical order.
  3. Locate the Weekly Labor Evaluation.
  4. Select Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report.

Report Parameters




FieldDescription
Filter ByLocation reporting category by which to filter the report.

Note: Options in the Filter By menu are configurable and specific to your organization. For more information, see System Preferences: Location Reporting Categories and Location Record: Reporting Categories.
FilterAllows users to apply one or more filter options from the location reporting category that they selected in the Filter By menu. The selected filters determine which locations appear in the generated report.

For example, if Filter By is set to Region, the Filter menu might include options such as North, South, East, and West. A user can select West to display all locations belonging to this reporting category.

JobJobs for which to display data in the generated report.
WeekWeek for which to display data in the generated report.
Identify MinorsIf selected, employees under 18 years of age are marked as minors.
View optionsProvides the user with options to select, save, edit, or delete a report view.

RunGenerates the report.
The green arrow button opens a drop-down from which users can Export, Email, or Print the report.

Report Columns



ColumnDescription
EmployeeName of the employee. If the employee is under 18 years of age, the word MINOR appears beside the name.
DateDate of the shift.
LocationLocation where the employee worked.
JobName of the job that the employee worked.
InTime when the employee started their shift.
Break OutTime when the employee started their break.
Break InTime when the employee ended their break.
OutTime when the employee ended their shift.
HrsNumber of hours worked. A highlighted row indicates that the employee worked more than 8 hours on a single day.
OT HrsNumber of overtime hours worked.
