To begin the process of Onboarding, we have prepared the following three Orientation Webinars that are designed to give you the information you need to hit the ground running in R365.  These Webinars will cover the following:

  1. Setting up Your Vendors
  2. Building Your Inventory 
  3. Setting up Your Chart of Accounts - This webinar is for New Customers with 5 or more Restaurant Locations

 

If you are a New Customer with 1 to 4 Restaurant Locations, your R365 Database has been pre-loaded with the National Restaurant Association's recommended Chart of Accounts. During implementation, you will be guided on how to add or remove GL Accounts as needed. 

 

New Customers with 5 or more Restaurant Locations should watch all three Webinars and complete the required steps for each Webinar.



Preparing Your Vendors Webinar


 

  1. Watch the Webinar
  2. At the end of the webinar, hold down the 'Ctrl' key and click the 'Ctrl + Click' button to open the Webinar Completion Survey.  Complete this 3 question survey to receive credit for completing the Webinar
  3. Complete the R365 Vendor Import Template (.xlsx) file and save to your computer
  4. Continue to the Inventory Webinar



Preparing Your Inventory Webinar


 

  1. Watch the Webinar
  2. At the end of the webinar, hold down the 'Ctrl' key and click the 'Ctrl + Click' button to open the Webinar Completion Survey.  Complete this 3 question survey to receive credit for completing the Webinar
  3. Use the R365 Vendor Info Request Email Template to contact each of your Inventory Vendors (Food, Beverage etc.) and request an export of your Inventory Items
  4. Compile and organize the data you receive from each Vendor, these files will be used to create your Inventory in R365
  5. Your Framework Coach will guide you on the next steps during your scheduled Framework call
  6. 1 - 4 Locations: Attend your scheduled Framework call (refer to the email you received for the date/time    
    5+ Locations: Continue to the Chart of Accounts Webinar

  1. Watch the Webinar
