Sites are addresses of other non-Restaurant Locations. Examples of Sites might be other places you do events such as banquet halls, hotels, arenas and other areas you may schedule Employees to work for offsite events/Catering Events. Sites are used in the Scheduling Module and in the Catering Module.
To create a new Site, hover over the Scheduling Menu in the top ribbon and select 'New Site'.
To access the list of existing sites, go to Scheduling - Sites in the left hand navigation. You can open existing Site records by double clicking on the desired record. This will open a new window where you can view / edit the Site record.
To create a new site, hover over 'Catering' and click 'New Site' in the top ribbon.
To access the list of existing sites, click 'Sites' under 'Catering' in the left hand navigation. You can open existing Site records by double-clicking on the desired record. This will open a new window where you can view / edit the Site record.
Upon selecting to create a new Site, the Site Form will open in a new window. Enter in the details associated with this Site. To enter the Address values, click the Change Address button for the Address prompt. Save the site by hovering over 'Save' and selecting the desired save option.
