Once created, a Task List must be updated with the time that a task was complete and by which Employee. Task Lists can be used and updated on both the Browser and R365 Mobile App versions.

Browser Instructions


Step 1: Login to R365



Log in to R365 and navigate to the 'Manager Log' module by selecting 'Manager Log' in the module selector.



Step 2: Select 'Task Lists' in left nav




Click 'Task List' in the left nav to display available Task Lists.  Update the Location, Task Lists, and Date filters if needed



Step 3: Click on the Task List you want to complete




Step 4: Task List Instructions and Filters


Hover over the instruction icon to learn more about the task list if needed.




If the Task List has task that are assigned to several different Employees, you can filter the list to include only yourself by clicking on the User Selector, clicking 'Select None' to deselect the entire list, and then finding and selecting just yourself.



Finally, you can filter to show just 'Open', 'Completed', 'Incomplete', or 'All tasks'. Click 'Print List' to create a report of the Task List that you can print.



Step 5: Complete the Tasks in the Task List


Depending on the Task, you will need to respond with a checkbox, a yes/no toggle, a short text, a long text, a whole number, or a decimal number. Task completion is saved instantly, so once you mark off a task, it is complete and cannot be 'un-completed'. Tasks requiring a response that are left blank will remain as ‘incomplete’ until a response is entered.

R365 Mobile App Instructions



Step 1: Login in to the R365 Mobile App


     


Log in to the R365 Mobile App and navigate to the 'Manager Log' module by tapping 'Manager Log' in the menu.



Step 2: Tap 'Task Lists'


            


Tap 'Task Lists' to display available Task Lists.  Tap on the Filter icon to Update the Dates, Locations, Task Lists, and Status.



 Click 'Apply' to set the filter.



Step 3: Tap on the Task List you want to complete to open it



Expand the section where the Task List is located by clicking '>' sign on the right.  Then tap on the Task List to open it.



Step 4: Task List Instructions and Filters


Tap on the instruction icon to learn more about the task list if needed.


 


Tap the Filter icon to show just Open, Completed, Incomplete, or All tasks. 'Include Not Assigned' will display Tasks that have not been assigned to an Employee. Click 'Apply' to set the filters.



Step 5: Complete the Tasks in the Task List
