By design, Restaurant365 is accessible from any internet connected device via a web browser. For the most desired processing times, it is recommended to use ADSL or Broadband for home/business and 3G internet speeds or greater for mobile devices. It is important to keep in mind, however, that processing times are based on the content that is ran within the system.

Restaurant365 is built to use minimal bandwidth while navigating your database but may increase bandwidth when running interactive content, such as our reporting tools that are set for a certain time frame. This is often due to the need of retrieving and organizing multiple points of data over a large date range for one report. If you find that processing a report is taking longer than expected, ensure that you:

  1.   Test your internet connection
  2.   Run your report for shorter date ranges
  3.   Reduce or close out any websites that stream music or video, as these activities typically consume large quantities of internet bandwidth

Restaurant365 was written to perform optimally in the Google Chrome web browser, and it is recommended that all Users access Restaurant365 from the Google Chrome browser. Click here to learn more about Google Chrome.
