This article is part of Purchase Orders and covers the Purchase Order due dates when the Vendor selected is McLane.

When the Vendor selected on a Purchase Order is McLane, Users will be show an order due date and time. The Purchase Order submission deadline is based on the Vendor's delivery due date schedule. As long as the Order Date is set to a date that is before the Order Delivery Date, the Delivery Date will be disabled and cannot be edited. 

The notice will read: "Next Order is due on: MM/DD/YYYY 00:00:00 AM/PM."

If the Order Date is changed to a date that is after the Order Due Date, the 'Delivery Date' will adjust, but the selector will remain disabled.

If the Order Date is changed to a data that is after the Order Delivery Date, the Deliver Date selector will enable so that Users can select a new Delivery Date. 

Delivery Schedule Changes

If the scheduled delivery date has changed, Users will be prompted with a notice that the Delivery Date has changed, and they will be shown the new order date. Users can choose to cancel the Order or to Submit with a new delivery date.
