As we continue to enhance the Restaurant365 user experience, we have recently added a number of new features. See below for the complete list and links to training modules.

  • Vendor Contract Tracking and warning on AP invoice and on Check Run when an item price is out of contract
  • Recipes can now be used on Stock Counts, Item Transfers, and Waste Logs
  • Journal Entry form import feature update – updated so accounts can be imported as account name or account number
  • DSS form update so users can add comments on specific items of paid out and house account tabs
  • Stock Count form updates:
    • When entering Qty, Enter key will move to next row
    • Add column totals at the bottom of the grid for some columns that didn’t previously have totals

  • Check Run updated to add Invoice Date column
  • My Reports page updates:
    • Update font and layout to match rest of system
    • Add warning when a legal entity is missing Fiscal Year
    • Accounting managers now see Full P&L by default instead of it cutting off at Controllable until they change their user setting

  • Many list updates were made (lists accessed in left hand navigation) such as the following:
    • Vendor list – add Created By/On and Modified By/On and make update to 1099 column
    • GL Account list – add Cash Flow Category column
    • Labor Details list – add ability to filter by Start Time and End Time
    • Transaction Details list – add columns for Each Amount and Comment
    • Added Created By/On and Modified By/On to most all lists
