We are having difficulty finding a way to give shift leaders, etc access to the schedule without them seeing pay rate information. Anyone who has access to see the schedule can hover over an employee's name and see the number of hours worked and accumulated pay, so it just takes simple math to calculate wage information. Because of this we have had to limit access to the schedule and shift approvals to only senior managers. This is unfortunate because we have leaders that could otherwise approve shift changes. We have put in tickets to R365 and have been told this is how it works and cannot be fixed. So beware-even if you have set permissions to not allow pay rate viewing, if the person can see the schedule, they can still view wages.
